Superminds

Superminds ( Misfits off Science ) is a Televised series American in a 90 minute old pilot and 15 45 minutes episodes, created by James D. Parriott and diffused October 4th 1985 with the February 21st 1986 on the network NBC. In France, the series was diffused starting from the October 27th 1986 on TV6 and was repeated starting from the July 30th 1987 on the Five.

Synopsis

This series puts in scene the adventures of a having group of young people of the capacities out of the commun run.

At their head, the scientist Billy Hayes undertook research on these capacities in the laboratory Humanidyne of Los Angeles before being returned about it. Accompanied by his/her colleague, Elvin Lincoln, which measures 2,14 m but has the capacity to reduce at will, it requires of two people, Johnny and Gloria, to help them to fight the crime.

Johnny Bukowski is a singer of rock'n'roll which, following an accident at the time of a concert, has the capacity to launch electric shocks. Gloria Dinallo, as for it, is telekinesist.

Comments

This series full with humor and very parodic did not find its public and stopped after only 15 episodes.

It was one of the three new series diffused by TV6 (two others being Insiders and No Soap, Radio ).

To note that two of the main actors died in a premature way. Dean Paul Martin, wire of the actor Dean Martin, died in an air crash in 1987, at the 36 years age. Kevin Peter Hall is him deceased Sida in 1991, also at the 36 years age.
