Supercharger
Supercharger is super-unpleasant created by Marvel Comics (Kurt Busiek), appeared for the first time in Amazing Fantasy #17 , in 1996.
Origin
Supercharger is the son of a scientist, killed in an experiment on the biological changes. Supercharget was affected by the explosion and became able to resist the electric current. He thought that all was the fault of the supermen, like the Vengeurs.
He took as an hostage a plate of TV and was made prsionnier by Spider-Man.
One revives it later committed at the Maîtres of the Evil. It was overcome by the Thunderbolts and was imprisoned.

the combination of Supercharger enables him to absorb electricity (several hundreds of thousands of volts). It can then discharge this energy by simple contact or in the form from arc of the lightning. once empties, it must reload itself.
