Super Mario Land 2:6 Golden Corners is a Video game of platform left in 1992 on Game Boy, developed and published by Nintendo.
History of the play
Few people know it, but Mario has her own castle, in her own country. But while Mario faced Tatanga the maléfique one (
Super Mario Land), its country was squatté by new malicious of the video game: Wario. Some think that it is about a cousin, others think that it is about a fan of Mario forsaken, but the majority say that Wario is quite simply the double malefic of Mario.
The course of the adventure
To go in her castle, to fight Wario and return Mario Land in her country of origin, Mario must find the six gold coins (from where the subtitle 6 Goldens delicious Corners) that Wario hid a little everywhere in the country. This last consists of several zones, each one having a chart, and the zones are connected to a general chart, the directly taken again whole of
Super Mario World on Super BORN.
Mario Land, a varied country
The play comprises 6 zones, for 6 gold coins obviously, and each zone is kept by a boss.
-
Tree Zone: the world of the forest, of which all the levels (except for the first) are in a tree, dominated by ants on a side, bees of the other and especially a malicious corbel which is only other than the boss of this zone. This zone is regarded as the first.
- Space Zone: the world of space compensates for its number of levels which is very low (that three levels) by the great difficulty of the last level, considered by much most difficult of the play, after the castle of Wario. The boss is only other than Tatanga the maléfique one, which returned to be avenged because he did not appreciate his defeat at the time of the first opus. Note that to reach Space Zone, it is necessary to pass by a level called " Hippo World" who can also act as level no-claims bonus because much of parts are present there.
- Macro Zone: When Mario returns in this house, it becomes tiny on the chart. The hidden level of this zone is the only level of the play which can be used as short cut. The boss is a rat, in a level filled of books.
- Pumpkin Zone: A zone filled of phantoms with an environment of the festival of death-alive the permanante. The final boss is a witch who, like the corbel of Tree Zone, disappears from the chart once beaten. Note that one of the levels of this zone has one of the musics of the first opus (music of the underground world). This zone does not contain 1 but 2 hidden levels.
- Mario Zone: All is located in a Mario giant robot! Owing to the fact that the levels proceed IN the robot, there are engrenanges and other mechanisms… including cutting saws and discs. For the hidden levels, see the following paragraph. When to the boss, they are the three small pigs.
- Turtle Zone: When Mario is made swallow by a tortoise, it is found in an entirely underwater world, filled with fish and other animals of water.
The case of Mario Zone
Many impassioned players explore the play while hoping to find all the exits. A thing is sure, there is a level hidden in Tree Zone, in Space Zone, the Macro Zone, Turtle Zone and there are two levels hidden in Pumpkin Zone. But in Mario Zone, the players explore in vain, no secret level is not present…
It is the mystery of this opus. If Pumpkin Zone has two levels hidden instead of one, it is not to put of secrecy in Mario Zone? If it is the case, why the play does seem to consider Mario Zone as a world not finished yet owing to the fact that the decoration does not change? The players always continue to seek… But almost everyone thinks that there is no secrecy in Mario Zone and that the history stops there.
