The Suomen Ammattiliittojen Keskusjärjestö (in French: central organization of the Finnish trade unions) is the most important Finnish trade-union organization . She was founded in October 1907 and gathers 21 trade unions. The SAK counts more than one million members, that is to say approximately a-fifth of the Finnish population. Lauri Ihalainen chairs the SAK since 1990.
The SAK is member of the European Confédération of the trade unions, of the Conseil of the Scandinavian trade unions and the international Trade-union confederation.
