Summit of the Francophonie
The Sommets of the Francophonie are meetings of the heads of state and government of the Member States of the International organization of the francophonie. They take place since 1986 and are held from now on every 2 years.
The 12th top will take place from October 17th to 19th 2008 in the Ville of Quebec within the framework of the celebrations 400 years of the city.
