Suikoden V (original title, Gensôsuikoden) is a Video game of role of 2006 developed and published by the Japanese company Konami on Playstation 2.
It belongs to the series Suikoden.
Synopsis
The history takes seat in the kingdom of Faléna, directed by the Arshtaat Queen. Since generations, the royal family has an incredible capacity thanks to the rune Solaire like with the runes of the Paddle and the Twilight. Two years before, the rune of the Paddle was stolen during a manifestation of the inhabitants of Lordlake. The Queen took the rune Solaire then and devastated the village of Lordlake.The Crowned Plays will start. The winner will have the honor to marry the Lymsleia princess and to become the future one Ordering Knights of the Queen. During the event, Prince de Faléna (incarnated by the player), day before on the safety of his/her dear sister. But the tournament will mark the beginning of tragedies events which will have heavy effects on Faléna…
System of plays
Suikoden V joins again with the tradition which made the success of the saga, in particular with the second opus. One again finds combat with 6 characters, a dense and mature history and the traditonnelle search of 108 Stars of the Destiny (it makes it possible to obtain the best possible end).
Reception
This fifth opus is generally regarded as the best of the series since Suikoden II . The system of combat is considered to be solid and with high strategic content, the history is considered rich and envoûtante and the Character design, controlled. The sobriety of technical realization, in particular with a basic 3D, is the main thing " défaut" city.-
