Suetonius Paulinus
Gaius Suetonius Paulinus , general Roman, took part in the Roman invasion and gained the victory against Boadicée in 61 with Watling Street.
Governor of Brittany from 59 to 61 (under the Roman Emperor Néron), it is at the origin of the disappearance of the Druide S following the generalized massacre carried out on the island of Mona (Anglesey) in 60 where all the population (men, women and children) is massacred without pity to have provided reinforcements to the Celtic rebels and to have been used as retirement with all those which refused the Roman yoke.
One finds the trace of the acts of Suetonius Paulinus in particular in the biography of Agricola by Tacite.
