Substitute of the prosecutor
The substitute of the prosecutor is charged to assist the public prosecutor close to a Court of Appeal (substitute of the public prosecutor) or the public prosecutor close to a Court of Bankruptcy. Its mission is extremely varied. Infringement with the follow-up of the judgment while passing by the lawsuit, it is present of an end at the other of the legal system.
