Substance activates of a phytopharmacological product
The active substances of a produces phytopharmacological are defined by the Directive 91/414/CEE of July 15th, 1991, as follows:
substances or micro-organisms, including the Virus exerting a general or specific action:

on the harmful organizations or
-
on the plants, parts of plants or crop products.
The substances are defined like the chemical elements and their compounds such as they are presented at the natural state or such as products by industry, including any impurity inevitably resulting from the manufactoring process .
The plants are the alive plants and the alive parts of plants, including the fresh fruits and the seeds .
