A subsidiary is a Entreprise whose capital was formed for more its half of the capital by contributions of another company known as Parent company, which generally ensures of them the direction, the administration and control via one or several people, administrators or managers whom it indicated. It constitutes a moral entity distinct from the head office on the legal level.
