Submandibulaire
The gland submandibulaire is a salivary Glande of variable size (7-10g). It is located in the false one under-mandibulaire, especially under the mylohyoïdien (this muscle is the muscular floor of the mouth) but partly in the mouth (the gland circumvents the posterior area of this muscle). The conduit (Channel of Wharton) opens with the sublingual mucous membrane, side at the base of brake of the Langue (at the top of a projecting papaille, mobile and mobilized by the movements of the language).
