Stupeflip
Stupeflip is a French group between Punk, Rap and variety composed of King Ju (Julien Barthélémy), Pop Hip, Cadillac and MC Salo.
History
In 2000 a strange group in the name of Stupeflip makes turn to Paris a singular model. The November 6th 2001 they return in Studio to transform the object into CD promotion which contains already the gasoline of the group. This one is in particular made up of the proclamation “Stupeflip”, and of “as the zot” (only this title will remain with the state of model); seven titles in all, where King Ju signs texts and musics with the participation of Cadillac.
The funny and effective title “I smoke been able of shit” starts to pass on the Parisian radios. Finally they sign on Vorston Limanteli, an independent label repurchased some month later by BMG and leave fine 2002 their first album éponyme Stupeflip .
The album in the line of maximum has an unclassable sound: mix fronts irritated with the black Bérurier (Stupeflip takes again also their masks to them), of samples Hip Hop, Punk California N, of old stories of varieties, and odd noises.

In 2006, following the rather weak sales of Stup Religion, their recording company (Sony BMG) decides to break the contract. In parallel, King Ju joins Simone it is good, egery hype of Myspace to create the duet Simone and Pop Hip, electro musical crossing punk.
In 2007, an association is born with the dressmaker/creative Jean-Charles de Castelbajac for the exposure Gallierock, King Ju having created all the musical and sound aspect of the exposure as well as the principal musical topic.

Stupéflip is not really a committed group . Except notable for the piece " with bottom the hiérarchie" , at the same time militant and car-parodic.
