Stumble
One calls stumbles a conduit which brings the Air rich in Dioxygène since the outside of the body in the Poumon S. This Organe is typical Vertébrés. At the Mammifères, there are two bronchi stocks which leave the base of the Trachée (on the level of the hull, in the Médiastin), each one of them plunging in the right or left lung. They are prolonged in the lungs by many Ramification S called initially also bronchi, then Bronchiole S after a certain number of divisions.
Anatomy
The ramification of the principal bronchi in each of the two lungs corresponds to the division of those in lobes and segments. Typically there is thus the following diagram: stumbles stock - > lobaire stumbles - > stumbles segmentary . It goes from there thus from divisions of the stumbles right stock :- stumbles lobaire higher:
- # stumbles segmentary higher.
- # stumbles segmentary former.
- # stumbles segmentary posterior.
- stumbles lobaire average:
- # stumbles segmentary external.
- # stumbles segmentary internal.
- stumbles lobaire lower:
- # stumbles segmentary apical.
- # stumbles segmentary paracardiaque (or médio-basal)
- # stumbles segmentary antéro-basal.
- # stumbles segmentary postéro-basal.
- # stumbles segmentary latéro-basal.
With regard to the left bronchus stock, it is not divided that into two bronchi lobaires, since the left lung has only two lobes, superior and posterior (although the higher bronchus lobaire is divided into two branches before giving rise to the segmentary bronchi). The segmentary bronchi are about the same ones as on the right; there are however two less of them. Here divisions of the stumbles left stock :
- stumbles lobaire higher (corresponds to the bronchi lobaires higher and average of the right lung):
- stumbles culminale :
- # stumbles segmentary supéropostérieure (corresponds to the segmentary bronchi higher and posterior of the right lung).
- # stumbles segmentary former.
- stumbles lingulate :
- # stumbles segmentary external.
- # stumbles segmentary internal.
- stumbles lobaire lower:
- # stumbles segmentary apical.
- # stumbles segmentary antéro-intern (corresponds to the segmentary bronchi former and paracardiaque of the right lung).
- # stumbles segmentary latéro-basal.
- # stumbles segmentary postéro-basal.
Diseases
- Bronchitis: viral or bacterial infection of the bronchi.
- chronic Bronchitis
- BPCO
- Asthma: hyperreactivity of the bronchi with an inflammatory component, often in answer to Allergen S.
- bronchial Cancer
