Study course of the changes in the space localizations and units
The Course study of the changes in the space localizations and units is a Groupement of public interest, more known under its acronym RECLUSE or GIP-RECLUS, name chosen in homage to Elisee Reclus, one of the first authors (after Malta-Brown Conrad) of a universal Géographie , between 1855 and 1894. The GIP-RECLUS is a scientific center founded with Montpellier in 1984 by Roger Brunet, integrated into the Maison of the geography of Montpellier. On ministerial decision, the GIP ceased existing the December 31st 1997. It is then replaced by simple a association which preserves the name of RECLUSE.
