String quartet n° 3 of Beethoven
The String quartet n° 3 in major D , opus 18 n° 3, of Ludwig van Beethoven, was composed between 1798 and 1799, was published in 1801 and was dedicated with the five others quartet S of the opus 18 to the prince Joseph Franz von Lobkowitz. It is chronologically the first quartet of Beethoven.
It comprises four movements and its execution lasts approximately 26 minutes:
