Stranger Than Paradise

Stranger Than Paradise is a Comédie dramatic American carried out by Jim Jarmusch and left on the screens in 1985.

Being composed of three parts, according to the place where the intrigue proceeds, Stranger Than Paradise watch how, in the United States, three people captive of their trouble, vainly try to leave there.

Summary

First part: “The New World”

Béla Molnar, of Hungarian origin, lives in the suburbs of New York since ten years and is made call “Willie”: indeed, he disavows his roots. One day, he sees himself constrained to lodge his Hungarian cousin Eva Molnar in his not very roomy studio, because this one must join his/her aunt in Cleveland. But the presence of Eva seems to aggravate it; they remain often quiet and environment is heavy. Willie is shown not very courteous and prohibits to him to accompany it in its exits. In this apartment, Eva becomes acquainted with Eddie, a friend of Willie, which visits him, and this one seems to appreciate the presence of the young woman.

Second part: “One Year Later”
