Stout
A stout is a highly torrefied Bière. That says its alcoholization very high (between four and five degrees), is generally not brewed starting from a must characterized by its content of highly torrefied grains. The presence of these grains roasted well in the receipt confers the color sunk on beer as well as a taste of Café or Cacao. This beer is found very frequently in Ireland where it was conceived. The Guinness is the most widespread stout in the world, it is directly manufactured with St James Gate in the neighborhoods of Dublin. There exist other Irish marks brewing of the stout like Beamish, Murphy or Caffrey. This beer is also brewed at various places of the world and there are alternatives like the “Stout of Berry” represented by the Noire of the Tower or Anxious the that one finds with the Atelier of the beer to Issoudun.
