Stolen Michel

Michel Volle (born in 1940 with Bergerac) is a economist French whose work was focused on the articulation between the thought and the action .

He is graduate Polytechnic school (Promotion 1960), ENSAE (Promotion 1965) and doctor of economic history (1980).

Administrator of INSEE, he was alternatively researcher and chief of divisions Statistique of the companies and quarterly Comptes . He taught the data analysis with ENSAE and BOLETUS of 1973 to 1982.

In 1977 it animated, within the economic section of the PCF which Philippe Herzog directed, the figuring of the “common Programme of government” of the left.

After a passage to the cabinet of Anicet Pors, Minister for the public office, it organized in 1983 the Economic mission of the Hundred (National center of Studies of Telecommunications) with François of the Manor house and Pierre Musso, then created in the years the 1990 companies Arcome and Eutelis specialized in the design of and information system corporate networks.

It contributed to the organization of the control of work of the information system of several companies, in particular Air France with Christian Blanc and the ANPE with Michel Bernard, and took part in 1997 in the creation of the Club of the building owners of the information systems of which he is honorary president.

It results from it a transition towards a monopolistic balance of competition, a differentiation of the products in the forming die “good-services” worked out by partnerships, a fast transformation of the structure of employment, a rupture of the balance of the job market which was about assured under the former technical system. The institutions, which were built under this one and are adapted to him, are destabilized. The company lives under an extreme mode of risk which causes competing behaviors violent one: the contractor is in hillock with the predatory . The model thus built, illuminant the various aspects of the “new economy”, helps to evaluate its stakes and to anticipate its evolution.

Data processing

Michel Volle estimates that computerization is “the most important phenomenon of our time”.
