History

In January 2006, following an investigation into Livedoor and its chairman, Takafumi Horie, the volume of transactions on this title becomes most important of the purse. Being able to treat 4,5 million transactions per meeting, the computing system cannot answer all the requests, thus obliging the persons in charge of the purse to suspend the transactions sporadically. This incapacity to manage the volume of transactions is seen like a sign of bad management.
