Stieg Larsson
Stieg Larsson , of its complete name Karl Stig-Erland Larsson , born the August 15th 1954 in Skelleftehamn, in the area of Västerbotten, dead the November 9th 2004 of a Heart attack, was a Journaliste and writer Swedish known for its engagement against the extremism of right-hand side and the Racisme.
Biography
At the beginning of its career, during many years, Stieg Larsson engaged in the Swedish movement of the Science-fiction, period during which it published with Rune Forsgren two fanzines, Sfären and Fijagh! . In 1978 and 1979, it belonged to the executive of the greatest Scandinavian association of science fiction, the Skandinavisk förening för science fiction (SFSF) ; in 1980, he was his president.Politically, until in 1987, it was active in the Swedish socialist party, but left it of its own liking because it did not want to support the socialist modes from abroad whose democratic fiber was more than doubtful according to him.
It was employed at the news agency Tidningarnas telegrambyrå (TT) as a journalist but a also graphic designer in the field of the current events.
