Stevens Thomson Mason
Stevens Thomson Mason (October 27th 1811 with Leesburg (Virginia) – January 4th 1843 with New York), known also like The Servant boy Governor , was the governor of the Territory of Michigan, then later governor of the State of the Michigan. It was named territorial Secrétaire by interim whereas it was only 19 years old, then territorial Gouverneur by interim in 1834 at the 22 years age. He was elected, in 1835, governor of Michigan as a member of the Democratic party, and preserved his mandate until in 1840. Mason remained the youngest governor of all the history of the the United States.
