Steven Vikash Chand

Steven Chand (1981 -) is a Canadian Militaire and one supposed terrorist called Abdul Shakur . The June 7th 2006, it is shown to have planned a violent one attack in whom the Prime Minister Stephen Harper would have been decapitated.
