Steve Fossett
Steve Fossett is a richissime American Aventurier , born the April 22nd 1944 with Jackson (Tennessee) and disappeared since the September 3rd 2007 in the desert from Nevada.
Fossett, which made its fortune in the finance departments, became famous thanks to its five round the world tours without stop: as a recluse in balloon, in boat, and a recluse in the plane. Fossett established 116 records in five different disciplines, of which 60 are always valid.
Biography
Fossett grew with Garden Grove in California. In 1966, it was graduate of Stanford, and in 1968, it received its MBA of Olin School off Business of the university Washington with Saint-Louis (Missouri), where he is member of the board of trustees. Fossett became then a trader of raw materials on the market of Chicago, creating its own company, Marathon Securities, which knew a great success.

The March 3rd 2005, it makes a success of the first round the world tour in Avion as a recluse, without stopover nor supply, on board experimental apparatus Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer in sixty-seven hours and a minute. It carried out its Circumnavigation western in Is to profit from the dominant winds.
The February 11th 2006, a new round the world tour enables him to establish the record of the longest non-stop flight in the plane, with 42.450 traversed km.
