Stephen Krasner is graduate Université of Harvard and professor of political sciences to the Université of Stanford.

He studies the questions of failure of the Marché and the distribution of the conflicts in the political economy international. It is interested in the historical practices of the Souveraineté, in particular internal autonomy and it not intervention.

He is the author of several works on the Souveraineté.
