Stefano Delle Chiaie

Stefano Delle Chiaie (born the September 13rd 1936 with Caserta, Italy, alias ESPARTO alias Alfredo di Stefano) is regarded as an activist neofascist of international scale. During the Years of lead, he is initially Membre of the Italian Social movement (MSI) then he takes part in the group Ordine Nuovo before founding Avanguardia Nazionale . Called caccola because of its small size, it is friendly of Licio Gelli, the large-Master of the maconnic cabin Propaganda Due (P2), and was implied as well in the business Gladio as in the Opération Condor, by cultivating bonds with the mode of Pinochet.

Founder of Avanguardia Nazionale

Former member of the Italian Social movement (MSI), Stefano Delle Chiaie founds in 1960 the group Avanguardia Nazionale , which was shown of participation in many attacks at the time of the Années of lead (1969-1980), of which the Attentat of the piazza Fontana. He becomes member of the maconnic cabin Propaganda Due (P2), directed by Licio Gelli. In 1970, he flees towards the pro-Franco Spain like Vincenzo Vinciguerra, because he is suspecté of a participation in the Coup Borghese, a fallen through coup d'etat directed by Junio Valerio Borghese. Over there, it binds with men who will take part then in the GALL, the Death squads anti ETA, like with the Belgian Leon Degrelle.

The June 20th 1973, it is in Argentine at the time of the Massacre of Ezeiza, the day of the arrival of Peron in Buenos Aires after 18 years of exile in Spain. In 1974, it leaves Spain to settle in Chile. At the time of the funeral of Free, it would have met Pinochet in Madrid, in order to prepare an attack against Carlos Altamirano, the leader of the Chilean Socialist party.

In 1975, it met the American agent of the DINED Michael Townley and the Cuban anti castrist Virgilio Paz Romero (a close relation of Luis Posada Carriles), in order to prepare the attack against the democratic Christian Chilean Bernardo Leighton. In 1976, Stefano Delle Chiaie would have been present at the time of the Fusillade of Montejurra against self-management Carlistes . It would have taken part then, at the sides of Klaus Barbie, with the Cocaine Blow directed by Luis Garcia Meza Tejada in 1980 in Bolivia. In 1982, it meets in Miami Abdullah Catli, the number two of the gray Loups, Turkish ultranationalist group infiltrated by Gladio.

Arrest in 1989

Stefano Delle Chiaie is stopped in 1989 with Caracas, with the Venezuela, and is extradited in Italy within the framework of the judiciares continuations for the Attentat of the piazza Fontana in December 1969, which marked the beginning of the Années of lead. He is discharged in 1989 for absence of evidence. Later, with Licio Gelli, Francesco Pazienza, and others, it will be suspected of having taken part in the Massacre of Bologna on August 2nd, 1980 (85 died and 200 wounded).

Stefano Delle Chiaie is also suspected of having taken part in the assassination of the Chilean general Carlos Prats in Buenos Aires on September 30th, 1974. At the sides of Vincenzo Vinciguerra, he testifies in Rome in December 1995, in front of judge Servini de Cubria, affirming that Enrique Arancibia Clavel, former member of the DINED marked on Crimes against humanity, and Michael Townley, is directly implied in the murder of Prats.
