Stavkirke de Ringebu

The stavkirke of Ringebu is located at 50 km in the north of Lillehammer in the valley of the Gudbrandsdalen in Norway. It comprises 3 Nef S and was built at the end of the 12th century. About 1630, it was rebuilt cruciform. The images of Saint Laurent are medieval, the furnace bridge date of 1686, the chorus and the Chaire is of 1702. It will be noticed that the arrow of this Stavkirke is painted in red and the presence of a Beffroi as in good number of stavkirkes.
