Statistical company of Canada

The statistical Company of Canada (SC) (English: Statistical Society off Canada ) has the role of encouraging the development and the use of the Statistique and the Probabilité S.

Its objectives are to make the general public conscious of the value of the statistical thought, the importance of this science and the contribution of the Statisticien S at the Canadian company ; to make sure that the decisions likely to have an major impact on the Canadian company are based on relevant data, adequately interpreted in the statistical plan; to support the continuation of the excellence formation statistical practice in Canada; to encourage the improvement of statistical methodology; to maintain a feeling membership within the profession; and to promote the dialog between the theorists and the experts of the statistics.
