Starobielsk
Starobielsk (Ukrainian: Старобільськ) is a town of Ukraine, located in the district of Luhansk.
Starobielsk is known since 1686. Its population atteinbt 22,040 inhabitants in 2006.
In 1939, a prison camp of war was created for the Polish soldiers. Those were killed in April and in May 1940 in the residence of NKVD to Kharkov.
