Starch industry
The starch industry is a process Industrie L which consists in extracting the Amidon from various vegetable products , mainly of Grain of Céréale S (Maïs, Blé, Riz), that is to say of Tubercule S (Potato, Manioc…). In this last case one speaks rather about Fécule. The term also indicates the Usine in which this production is carried out.
