Starac , in Serb Cyrillic Sr Старац, is a village of Serbia located in the municipality of Bujanovac, district of Pčinja. In 2002, it counted 260 inhabitants, all Serbes.
In 1948, the village counted 622 inhabitants, in 1981 315 and, in 1991, 225.
