Stangeriaceae
The family of the Stangeriaceae is not recognized by all the authors. Near to the Zamiaceae , it includes/understands one or two kind S:
- Stangeria T.Moore, 1853: with the species Stangeria eriopus originating in the coastal forests of South Africa and Mozambique, a cycas which at a long time interpreted as being a Fern.
- Bowenia J.D.Hooker, 1863: with two species Bowenia serrulata and Bowenia spectabilis originating in the North-East of the Australia.
