Standard Unterseeboot I
The standard Unterseeboot I , or U-boot standard I was an attempt made in 1936 by the Kriegsmarine produce a Sous-marin for the high-sea. Only two specimens were produced, the U-25 and the U-26 which showed a bad stability, a bad maneuverability in immersion, a low speed of diving, and a bad mechanical reliability. The two submarines were run in 1940.
