Stall effect

On a wind (or a Turbine) with Not constant, the curve of Number of revolutions according to the speed of the driving Fluide is constant on a certain zone.

Explanation

Indeed, the engine torque and the resistive torque on an elementary piece of the blade are variable according to the step, the speed of the wind and the ray of this element.

The shape of the blade plays also a part, but it is not exploited here.
