St Nicholas Avenue

St Nicholas Avenue is a Avenue of New York which constitutes one of the principal lanes of the north of Manhattan, between the 111e street and the 193e street. The avenue crosses the district of Harlem, and separates from it two from the three districts, Central Harlem and East Harlem . Although escaping the traditional Plan hippodamien which occupies most of the island, St Nicholas Avenue is regarded as a NORTH-SOUTH axis. It also crosses the district of Washington Heights.
