Střešovice
Střešovice is a district pragois belonging to the district of Prague 6. Střešovice is in the western part of Prague, wedged between the districts of Dejvice, Břevnov and Hradčany.
History
Střešovice appeared between the 10th century and the 11th century. This commune was the property of the Czech deucx until 1143, when it was offered to the monastery of Strahov. In spite of a temporary expropriation during the wars hussites, the commune remained the property of the monastery until the 20th century.
