Sténose

A sténose is an anatomical modification which results in a contracting of a structure (channel, vessel).
For example, the aortic Sténose which is a contracting of the Aorte.

Types of sténoses

  • Ténosynovite sténosante, of which the disease of Quervain, the syndrome of the cabins and the “finger out of trigger” (English: trigger finger ) or with projection.

  • Craniosténose : contracting of cranium owed with nona closing of the joinings of the cranium (coronale and lambdoïde)
