Square of Poitou

The Carré of Poitou is a French cheese, alternative of the Carré of the East, manufactured in Poitou-Charentes. Its square form gave him its name.

It is a small cheese containing cow's milk, with soft paste with flowered crust, of an average weight of 250 grams
