Square-Victoria (subway of Montreal)
Public garden-Victoria is a station on the orange Ligne of the subway of Montreal.
Origin of the name
The station bears the name of the Victoria Public garden, which exists since 1813. It was named in the honor of the Reine Victoria at the time of the official visit of his son the Prince of Wales, which would be later the king Edward VII, in Montreal in 1860.
