Squadron of Hunting 4/30 Vexin

The Escadron of hunting 4/30 Vexin is an old unit of combat of the French Air force. Equip with hunters Mirage F1 C, it was installed on the Air base 188 Djibouti and its planes carried a code between 30 it and 30-LZ .

History

EC. 4/30 Vexin was created in July 1988, by taking again the traditions and the missions of the Escadron of hunting 3/10 Vexin. Equip with hunters Mirage F1, it was deployed on the Air base 188 Djibouti within the framework of an agreement of defense between the France and the République of Djibouti. In June 1994, the squadron becomes the Escadron of hunting 4/33 Vexin.
