Sporulation

The sporulation is a term indicating the formation and the release of Spore S, which are in the sporanges, as well as the reproduction by Spore S.
This term of sporulation is rather reserved for the production of the vegetative spores or Conidie S. It generally includes 6 phases:

the condensation of the nuclear mass;
- formation of the septum by invagination of the wall which insulates the genetic material;
- formation of the préspore by condensation of the Cytoplasm;
- addition of the Cortex of nature Polysaccharidique;
- addition of the tunics sporales of nature Glycoprotéique S;
- the maturation of the spore which precedes the ejection by the spore.
