The Sporting union of Wasquehal is founded in 1924 by Arthur Buyse, surrounded by Louis Mulliez, Georges Caudreliez and Leon Montaigne. The club with the colors red and black engages in championship of the 4th division of distric, involving a healthy emulation by the creation of a local rival, the ACE Wasquehal.
