Spoke (Islam)

The term ruffle' (رَأْي, opinion ) indicates there in right (Fiqh) Moslem, the personal opinion of the judge. The judge chooses is the solution which seems to him the best (اِستِحسان approval ), that is to say that which answers the principle of general utility (اِستِصلَح venant de صَلَحَ to agree; to be suitable ). Only the school hanafite admits the principle of the ra' there like principle of right.
