Split disc

A split disc is a Rondelle which is split to allow fast assembly/disassembling. It is not necessary any more to remove the nut.

It should be taken care that the hole, in the part to be dismounted, is sufficiently large to let pass the nut.

There exist two types of split disc:

  • the removable split disc,
  • the swivelling split disc.
