Split central

The Split central or Tsentralna Rada () is a representative body made up in 1917 with Kiev ( Kyiv ) to control the Ukrainian national République, which follows initially an autonomous policy compared to the Russia before becoming an entirely independent State. This result was the result of a progressive process, on the basis of a representation of the only Ukrainians to incorporate the other ethnos groups and national groups of Ukraine, with the vote of four successive declarations making Ukraine initially an autonomous entity within a Russia federal and democratic and being completed with the assertion of sovereignty and supplements it national independence of the national Republic of Ukraine.

During its short existence of 1917 to 1918, Split it central, which is directed by the Ukrainian historian Mykhailo Hrushevsky, is the institution fondemantale which controls the Ukrainian national République. It constitutes a parliamentary precedent of Démocratie and national independence which forever been able to be completely unobtrusive during the Soviet period and remains still today in the memories.
