Spinning top tippe-signal

A spinning top tippe-signal (this term drawn from English is a pleonasm since signal is the current abbreviation for has spinning signal meaning spinning top has) is a kind of Toupie whose body is a partially hollow truncated sphere finished by a short handle. The characteristic of this spinning top is to be turned over during its rotation. Indeed, after having launched the spinning top by holding it by its handle, this one is inclined gradually until being found under the spherical body becoming thus the only contact point of the spinning top with the support.

While slowing down, the spinning top loses its stability and rolls on the side like a traditional spinning top.

At first sight, one could believe that in this situation the object gains energy, which is obviously false (cf external second bond).
