Second city by its importance of the prefecture of Rethymnon, Spili (Σπήλι) is located at the western center of the Crete, on the south-western slope of the Mont Psiloritis.
It is a tourist stage, one finds there in particular a fountain of the formed Venetian time of a score of heads of lions.
