Spermatogonie
The spermatogonies are germinal cells located in close contact with the basal Membrane of the seminiferous Tube.
There are three kinds according to their degree of differentiation or division:
-
AD: dark core ( D ark), Vacuole S nuclear, original cell of the Spermatogenèse, in contact with the basal membrane, the Cytoplasme contains Glycogène. They divide and give spermatogonies Ap or AD for the renewal.
- Ap: core p nuclear ale not of vacuole. By Mitose gives spermatogonies B (hemiplastic division).
- b: core with chromatin in peripheral aggregate, contact with basal membrane less important than for AD or a. divides and gives the spermatocytes I (heteroplastic division).
