Specialty, is the label of a company of disc independent, American. Founded in 1946 with Los Angeles by Art Rupe, it specializes in the Rhythm and blues and the Rock “roll. It leaves its first 45 turns in 1951. Little Richard records there its first tube Tutti Frutti in 1955. Sony Bono makes its beginnings in 1957 as an author, producer, press attaché and a singer for this firm.
