The Spanish Federation of Esperanto (in Esperanto: Hispana Esperanto-Federacio ; in Spanish: Federación Española of Esperanto ) or HEF is a neutral association with nonlucrative goal founded in 1947. Espérantophones of all the Spain are members and are also members of local or regional associations of Esperanto which belong to the HEF. On its side, the HEF is member of UEA.

The principal goal of the HEF is to propagate the international language Esperanto. For that, she proposes courses, information and various other actions. The Spanish Federation of Esperanto makes known the Spanish culture using this language; and to this end it publishes, inter alia, of the translations in Esperanto of works of the Spanish-speaking literature.

In 1993, the Spanish Federation of Esperanto was named association of public utility, by recognizing its work and its goals like social and cultural interest.
