The Spanish language of the signs ( lengua of señas O signos española ) is the language used mainly by deaf-mute Spanish and the people who reside with them.
There do not exist differences among the systems of the signs used in Spain, except in Catalogne (Catalan Langue of the signs), the Valencian Langue of the signs can be considered a method O a dialect of the language of the signs Spanish.
Its origin is unknown, but it is considered that it has influences of the American Langue of the signs, the French and the Mexican . Moreover, it influenced other languages of signs like the Langue of the signs vénézuélienne.
The Spanish language of the signs is used in the courses and there are several centers where this language is taught, especially for the parents of the deaf-mute children, there is a national committee and TVE has emissions with this language as will otras some palavered ( With other words ). This language appears in the film Tacones lejanos, where the actress Miriam Díaz-Aroca plays the part of a presenter of a tv news for the deaf-mute ones.
